Session One. 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym. Techniques- Stance, learning the six basic punches.Â

Session two-Beach 4:00 until 5:00 Jog/walk, then Swim. Â
Tuesday
Session Three. 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym. Techniques- Punch variations and putting it all together, punching drills. Â

Session Four 5:00-6:00 Resort training-Small circuit, stretch & recovery.Â
