Sunday

Flights from Manchester Airport, Transfers to luxury apartments, Followed by a welcome meeting to establish goals and objectives, and asess fitness levels and expectations. 

Monday

Session One. 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym.  Techniques- Stance, learning the six basic punches. 

 

 

 

Session two-Beach 4:00 until 5:00 Jog/walk, then Swim.  

Tuesday

Session Three. 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym.  Techniques- Punch variations and putting it all together, punching drills.

Session Four 5:00-6:00 Resort training-Small circuit, stretch & recovery.

Wednesday

Session Five 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym.  Pad work, combinations and putting the foundations together for fitness. 

 

 

 

Session Six  4:00 to 5:00 Beach Jog/walk and Swim

Thursday

Session Seven 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym.  Putting everything together from the week. expert analysis from Josh and debrief. 

 

 

 

Session Eight 4:00 to 5:00 Resort-Recovery Session

Friday

Session Five 10:30 to 12:00 Boxing Session in the Santiago Boxing Gym.  Pad work, combinations and putting the foundations together for fitness.
